Who processes your data

The data controller is Pédalage. Contact: kontakt@pedalage.cc.

What we collect

When you join the list we store your email address, the site language (PL/EN), the sign-up date, the version of the consent text and a pseudonymised hash of your IP address. The hash is used only to prevent abuse and is not combined with any other data.

Why and on what basis

Only to tell you about the Pédalage launch and news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form.

How long

Until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw it at any time – just write to the address above and we will remove your email from the list.

Who we share it with

No one. The data is stored on our own server; only the hosting provider has access to it, to the extent needed to run the server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO).

Cookies

The site sets a single cookie, pdl_lang, holding your chosen language (PL/EN). It is set when you open the PL or EN version (the /pl/ or /en/ address) or switch the language. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
